Privacy-first data collaboration
Turn first-party data into ready‑to‑use ad segments
Find the customers you share with partners, reach them on the ad channels you already use and measure the results, without a single customer record changing hands.
- Certified by Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA)
- Passed Data and Privacy Regulatory Sandbox
- Privacy proof of concept with SEHA Virtual Hospital
[ 01 / 11 ] Platform
One platform, from customer data to campaign. Four capabilities that work alone or together.
- [01]
EleeNID
One ID for each customer across their emails, phone numbers and device IDs, built for Saudi data from the start.
- [02]
Clean rooms
A sealed space shared with one partner: you agree the questions up front, and both sides get aggregate answers like overlap and reach. Each side keeps its own records.
- [03]
Marketplace
License the audiences you don't have from verified Saudi data providers, without negotiating a contract with each one.
- [04]
Activation
Send audiences to the ad platforms you use, as hashed identifiers, with consent checked for each platform.
[ 02 / 11 ] Why now
Data partnerships can't run on shared spreadsheets anymore. PDPL and tighter limits on tracking changed the rules.
One customer list
1,000,000 rows
- customers.xlsx
Emailed as a file
Names, emails and mobile numbers leave your systems in one attachment.
- 6 copies
Copied to every inbox
Forwarded and saved along the thread, with no way to take it back.
- Audit logNo entries
Nothing on record
No purpose stated, no consent noted, and no trail when a regulator asks.
- n•••@mail.com9f2c…e41a
Hashed where it lives
Identifiers are hashed inside your own cloud before anything moves.
- YouPartner
Matched in a clean room
Only the hashes meet your partner's, in a room you both agreed to.
- Shared customers312,400Purpose agreedQuery approved
Counts out, every step logged
Both sides see counts, small groups are held back, and each approval and query is logged.
[ 03 / 11 ] Use cases
Put first-party data to work. Four things teams do with EleeN, alone or with a partner.
See what you share with a partner. Measure how many customers you have in common, and how they break down. Neither side learns who they are.
Clean roomsBuild audiences from combined signals. Combine your first-party data with a partner's in a clean room to define segments neither of you could build alone, resolved to EleeNIDs and ready to activate once your partner approves.
ActivationLicense audiences from Saudi providers. Browse segments from verified providers on the marketplace, each with its terms and consent basis, and license the ones that fit your campaign. They activate without a list changing hands.
MarketplaceMeasure what campaigns change. Match who saw a campaign with who bought, in a clean room, to see what it changed (the lift) and how many people it reached, in aggregate only.

[ 04 / 11 ] Industries
Every industry has partners worth matching with. One collaboration each could start with.
BankingBank × retailer: reach card holders who shop with a partner.
TelecomTelco × brand: plan a campaign by region and device from aggregate counts.
RetailRetailer × brand: offer retail media audiences and measure what they sell.
MediaPublisher × advertiser: find a brand's customers in your audience, in aggregate.
HealthcareProvider × insurer: size shared populations for care programmes from aggregate counts.[ 05 / 11 ] The flow
Watch an identifier become an audience. Five steps, from a row in your warehouse to a campaign.
Emails, phone numbers and device IDs, where they already live.
Each identifier is hashed: scrambled one way into a code that can be matched but never read back.
Hashes that belong to one person resolve into one EleeNID.
In a clean room your IDs meet a partner's. Only counts and breakdowns come out.
The audience reaches your ad platforms as hashed IDs they match on their side. No one receives a list.

All integrations[ 07 / 11 ] Privacy by design
Collaborate on insights, not data.
Every collaboration runs on terms both sides agree up front and neither can weaken, with its purpose, approvals and audit trail on record, as Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) expects.
Read in place
EleeN works on your data where it already lives. Nothing is copied out to EleeN.
Hashed identifiers
Emails and phone numbers are hashed with SHA-256 before they're matched.
Aggregates only
Partners see counts and breakdowns. Groups below your minimum size are held back, and every result says how many.
On the record
Terms bind both sides and can only be tightened. Every question, run and export is logged, and the log is yours to export.
[ 08 / 11 ] For data providers
Have audience data? Earn from it without moving it.
List segments on the marketplace or partner in clean rooms. You set the price, the terms and who can use them.
- Publish a segment[01]
- Approve each request[02]
- Every activation logged[03]
- Earn as it's used[04]

What a data clean room is, how two organisations use one to answer shared questions without seeing each other's records, and when to use one.

PDPL and data collaboration

[ 10 / 11 ] FAQ
What teams ask before they start. Short answers on data, privacy and pricing.
No. EleeN reads your data where it already lives, and nothing is copied out to EleeN. Partners only ever see aggregate answers from a clean room.
Yes. EleeN is certified by the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) and passed its Data and Privacy Regulatory Sandbox.
Emails, phone numbers and device IDs. Your team maps the columns once, and columns you leave unmapped stay in your environment.
One ID for one person, however many emails, numbers and devices they use. It's built for Saudi data from the start, and it's matched as a hash.
As hashed identifiers, sent to the platform's own audience tools (such as Meta Custom Audiences and Google Customer Match), with consent checked for each platform. The platform matches them on its side; no one receives a readable list.
As an annual platform subscription, quoted in SAR and invoiced against your purchase order. The side that starts a collaboration pays; partners join free.
Activate it. A licensed segment goes to your channels through EleeN, and the provider keeps it fresh. It can't be exported, edited or relisted.
With a call about the data you have and what you want from it. Your team then connects one source; you don't need a partner to begin.
[ 11 / 11 ] Get started
Bring your partners to your data, not your data to your partners.
Tell us about your data and the partners you want to work with, and we'll map out a first collaboration together.
