Six safeguards in every collaboration. Read in place EleeN works on your data where it already lives. Nothing is copied out to EleeN. Hashed identifiers Emails and phone numbers are hashed with SHA-256 before they're matched. Pseudonymous IDs Hashes resolve to EleeNIDs, so collaborations work on IDs. Names and contact details stay out of them. Aggregates only A clean room returns counts and breakdowns. No row leaves it. Your privacy floor A minimum group size set for your organisation. A collaboration can agree to something stricter, and only stricter. Small groups held back Groups below the minimum are held back, and every result says how many. [ 03 / 04 ] Governance ## You decide who sees what. Roles, approvals and a record of every step. [How Governance works](https://www.eleenai.com/en/platform/governance) Roles Choose who in your team can connect data, run questions, approve requests or change privacy settings. Approvals Partners agree the questions before a collaboration starts, and providers approve each request for their segments. Binding terms Privacy terms are set when a collaboration is created and bind both sides. Later, they can only be tightened. Audit trail Every question, run and export is logged with who did it and when, and you can export the log. Activation-only licences Licensed segments are for activation only: they can't be exported, edited or relisted.
