- When you contact us, we use your details only to reply and arrange a call.
- We don't sell personal data or share it for advertising.

## 01Who we are

EleeN is a data collaboration platform based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. For the personal data described in this notice, EleeN is the controller: we decide why and how it is used.

## 02What this notice covers

This website, eleenai.com, in English and Arabic, and the messages you send us.

It doesn't cover the EleeN platform. Data that customers bring into the platform is governed by the agreements we sign with each customer, not by this notice.

## 03What we collect

- What you send us: when you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, work email, company, your phone number if you give it, who you're getting in touch as, and your message. The contact form doesn't send anything by itself: it opens an email in your mail app, and we receive that email only when you send it.
- What your browser sends: like any website, our hosting provider receives technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, your browser and the pages you request. It's used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We don't ask for sensitive data, such as health, financial or national identity data, through this website. Please don't include it in your message.

## 04Why we use it

- To reply to you and arrange the call you asked for.
- To prepare and manage a business relationship, if you go on to work with us.
- To keep the website working and secure.
- To meet our legal obligations.

Depending on the case, we rely on your request, our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business, or a legal obligation, as the PDPL allows. We don't use your data to make automated decisions about you.

## 05Who we share it with

Only with the service providers that help us run this website and our email, such as Amazon Web Services, which hosts the site, and our email provider. They may use it only to provide their service to us.

We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it, for example to a competent authority. We don't sell personal data or share it for advertising.

## 06Where it's processed

If personal data is transferred or processed outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we do so only as the PDPL and its regulations on transfers permit, with the safeguards they require.

## 07How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to reply and follow up. If we don't go on to work together, we delete them once they're no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Technical logs are kept for a short period for security, then deleted.

## 08How we protect it

We use technical and organisational measures suited to the data, such as encryption in transit (this site is served over HTTPS), access controls, and limiting who in our team can read enquiries.

## 09Cookies and local storage

We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Two small items may be stored on your device, only to remember choices you make:

- eleen_lang, a cookie: the language you chose, so the site opens in it next time. It's set when you switch language and kept for one year.
- theme, in local storage: light or dark, if you chose one. It stays until you clear it or choose System.

Both exist only for features you use, and neither tracks you. You can delete them in your browser's settings at any time.

## 10Your rights

Under the PDPL, you have the right to:

- be told how your personal data is collected and used, which is what this notice does
- access your personal data and get a copy of it in a readable format
- ask us to correct, complete or update it
- ask us to destroy it once we no longer need it
- withdraw your consent, where we rely on it

To use any of these rights, email [contact@eleenai.com](mailto:contact@eleenai.com). We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we'll reply within the period the PDPL sets.

If you're not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

## 11Children

This website is for businesses. It isn't aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect their personal data.

## 12Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we'll publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll say so here.
